3 Week Russian Squat Program

We are going to be starting a 3 week front squat program beginning tomorrow.  Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Friday’s we will be front squatting.  The loads are all at 80% of your 1RM, and the sets range from 6×2 to 6×6.  The overall volume is low, but the gains we expect to see over the course of the next 3 weeks are huge!  So when you get to the gym, spend a little extra time working that front rack position so you can give yourself every advantage possible during this squat cycle!
