Our 6 Week New You Challenge is a women’s only course.  It is 6 weeks long, meeting Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Thursdays at either 9am, 12pm or 7:30pm.  This class is great if you have always been interested in CrossFit, but have been too intimidated, or too unsure of how and where to begin.  With this class, you will be in a group with many other women who are just starting out on their CrossFit journey.

 We start from the basic movements, then over the course of the 6 weeks, we will add in weightlifting, gymnastics and increase the intensity as you become proficient with the movements.  The courses typically begin every 2 months, so keep checking back for more details, or call us to talk more about it!
