6 Week Women’s Only Challenge

Have you always wanted to get started in CrossFit, but never could find the right time or situation?  We have just what you need.  CrossFit Marysville will be starting our next Women’s only 6 Week Challenge.  This course is designed to help women get started in CrossFit in a friendly, no pressure class of women only.

You will be part of a group of about 15 women who will go through a 6 week course to introduce you to the basics of CrossFit and weightlifting.  Additionally, you will be provided with a 6 week meal plan book to help in what is arguably the hardest part of getting healthy.  The classes will run Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at either 9am, 12pm or 7:30pm.  Space will be limited, and will fill up fast.  Once spots are full, we won’t be able to add any more to the courses.

The cost of the course is $275+ tax, which will cover your 6 weeks of classes along with the 6 week pre-made meal plan book.
