6 Week Women’s Challenge

Our next 6 Week Women’s Only Challenge will begin November 7th!  We have run this course multiple times in the last year, and we have had great success in helping get ladies into CrossFit, and to help them achieve their fitness goals.  There is limited space in each of the 3 class times (9am, 12pm and 7:30pm), and the only way to ensure you get a spot is to get signed up!  You can click on the class times below to enroll, or you can stop on in to CFM and we can answer any questions that you might have and help get you enrolled!
