1. 30 wall ball
2. 20 OH squats 135/95
3. 30 box jump overs
4. 20 CTB pullups

Barbell Club:

A. Clean and Jerk (2+1): 3 @ 70%, 2 @ 75%, 2 @ 80%, 3×1 @ 85%

B. RDL 4 x 5 @ 70%
