There are two ways to get started!

Either in an unintimidating small group or 1-on-1 setting, Fundamentals is designed to teach you the essentials, and prepare you to join our group CrossFit classes. Here you will learn the lingo, learn the basics, as well as injury prevention through proper mechanics and modifying movements. You’ll leave this short program feeling confident and excited, ready to train with your peers. Start making progress towards a happier & healthier you!


Our 2-Week Fundamentals Class is either held at:

CFM-Lombard Avenue, MON/WED/THUR from 6:00pm-7:00pm
CFM-Downtown, MON/WED/THUR from 6:30pm-7:30pm

Once you have completed all 5 SESSIONS, you are ready to join into our group CrossFit classes. This course consists of 1-Hour classes, 3x a week for 2 weeks. Be sure to grab a friend, and claim your spot in the next class!

If you need other schedule options than our Fundamentals’ class times, or prefer to start off with more personal and hands on training, 1-on-1’s are the option for you! We will have you ready for our group classes after these Five 1-hour Sessions scheduled around your availability.
