How To Join


There are two ways to get started with CFM.

Sign up for 1-on-1
training sessions.

We require 6 sessions prior to joining the group classes, and these can be done at whatever days/times fit your schedule.

Sign up for our women’s only 6 week challenge.

We typically start a new challenge program every 2 months. The classes are Mondays and Wednesday's at 7:30am or 7:30pm, and Saturday's at 7:30am. Once you finish the 6-week challenge, you are free to join into the group CrossFit classes.
