There are 2 options to get started at CrossFit Marysville. You can enroll in the 6 week challenge, or you can do 1-on-1s.
The 6 week challenge starts the First Monday of the month in March, May, July, September, Nov and Jan. This 6 week challenge will encompass nutrition counseling and meal tracking; weekly performance logs; and beginning and ending weights and measurements. This challenge is great for anyone interested in getting started with CrossFit. There is no experience required, and this course is done with a positive, supportive group of people just like you, who are just getting started with CrossFit. The classes will run Monday's, Wednesday's and Thursday's at 9am, 12pm, or 7pm. You can sign up for whichever time fits your schedule best.

If you can not make it to all of the classes of the 6 week challenge, or you feel that you would rather get into the regular classes faster, we also offer private 1-on-1 training. Six 1-on-1 sessions done on the dates and the times that work best for you can take the place of the 6 week challenge. Each session is $60.00 + tax
