In Teams of 4, rotate through the 4 stations until all reps are completed.
200 Push-ups
300 Sit-ups
400 Air squats
500 Double Unders

* 1 person may work on reps, while one holds a med Ball (20/14) in a Bear Hug while marching. Another teammate holds a med-ball (20/14) Overhead & 1 teammate rests.
Med balls may not touch the ground.
If a med ball touches the ground the entire team must stop and perform 10 synchronized Burpees.
