Clean Grip Deadlift X 3 @ 90-100% of 1 RM Clean
*with your clean grip, DL to mid-patella and pause. Recognize position for 2 sec. then continue deadlift to full extension.
You may re-grip and adjust at bottom of each rep.
Deadlift @ 60% of your 1 RM Clean
Burpee over the bar
