Every 2 minutes for a total of 6 sets:
1 Push Jerk + 1 Split Jerk
(take short time to build up before starting sets, then try to remain moderately heavy for all 6 sets)

EMOM x16 mins:
Odd mins: 25 double unders + 5 burpees (or 50 singles + 5 burpees)
Even mins: 5 strict pull ups
