For time, in teams of 3 (only one person working at a time, with the exception of DU buy-in):

**75 double under buy-in completed by all teammates, working at the same time** (or 150 singles + 5 burpees).  Cannot start on rope climbs until all members have completed the buy-in.

15 rope climbs
Run 400m together
50 HSPU (partners who are not working will hold handstand against wall)
Run 400m together
100 sit ups (partners who are not working will hold plank)
Run 400m together
150 walking lunges w/plate (45/25) (partners who are not working will hold bottom of squat)
Run 400m together
