Memorial Day Weekend:
It’s Memorial Day weekend; which means that we will be celebrating the best way we know how… With a couple of Hero workouts.
Although these workouts are inherently more difficult and require an added level of physical and mental fortitude. Please remember to scale the workout to your abilities. These workouts are not intended to prove anything about your physical abilities.
They are simply another way to commune through fitness and to show appreciation and remembrance of those whom have sacrificed their lives for our Freedoms.
So come celebrate with us. Scale things to your abilities and be Thankful that we are Blessed with the opportunity to sweat together and enjoy our fitness.
