Next 6 Week Women’s Challenge Class

If you are looking to get started in CrossFit, now’s the time. Our next women’s only class begins Monday January 16th at 7:30pm, and will run Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Thursday’s for 6 weeks. We have had great success with this program in helping women get started in CrossFit and begin their journey to health and wellness.
