15 Power Snatch (95/65)
200 yard Shuttle Sprint
(50 yards down/ 50 yards back x2 )
Parter 1 completes 15 PS and 200 yard shuttle sprint then Partner 2 goes.

Barbell Club:

A. 3-Position Snatch (floor, below knee, above knee) – 60%, 65%, 70% x 3 sets (1 set of each at 60, 65 then 70. Then go back down to 60, 65 70, then do it 1 more time)                                                            B.  Snatch Pull – 90% (of sn) x 3 x 2, 95% x 3 x 2
C. Back Squat – 70% x 5 x 5
D. Push Press – 70% x 5 x 5
