Nutrition Seminar Series
The school year is upon us! We see this time of year as a fantastic opportunity to get back into some good habits and set the tone for the rest of the year.
We would love to help you get on track with your nutrition and set a game plan for your health and fitness goals through the fall and winter.
We will be hosting a 3-part Nutrition Seminar Series focused on food quality, quantity and timing.
Our first class will be Saturday, September 9th at 11:30 A.M. This class will be a basic introduction to nutrition. We will discuss how nutrition affects or biology and what foods to include/restrict from our diet to ensure positive results.
Our second class will be Saturday, September 23rd at 11:30 A.M. We will dial things in a bit here and start discussing portion sizes and macronutrient content. After you’ve implemented the right foods, portioning your meals correctly for your body type and activity level can generate some real ‘Magic’!
The 3rd and final class of this series will be on Saturday, October 7th. Here we focus on meal/nutrient timing. The synergistic effect of eating the right foods, in the right quantities, at the right times will stimulate a metabolic response that will have you shedding fat and increasing lean muscle mass at mind-blowing rates!
We have broken these lessons up into 3 categories to allow you to digest information and implement lessons at a sustainable pace. This will also allow us to address your questions and difficulties as they arise.
Come each week with a notepad, pen and any questions that may have come up.
