Teams of Two :

AMRAP x 20 minutes

P1: 12 Sit Ups

P2: 12 KB swings

P1: 12 Jumping Squats

P2: 6 Burpees

P1: 200m run

Note: 1 partner works at a time alternating movements. Partner 1 will complete all 12 Sit ups before Partner 2 begins 12 KB swings.
