-100 Box Step Ups (45/25# plate) 20″ Box
-100 Push Ups with plate on back
-100 Lunges with plate overhead
-43 Plate Burpees (complete a Burpee & move the plate from ground to overhead during the assent)
-Run 1 mile with partner and plate.
*only 1 partner may work at a time. Split work as needed.

*1 mile run is for Fireman Jeff; a Marysville Fireman that passed away the same day after a battle with cancer
