Youth Strength and Conditioning

We are excited to announce that we will be adding a youth strength and conditioning class at CFM starting December 6th.  This class is for any kids 9+ who are interested in learning how to lift weights safely, and to improve their speed and agility for whatever sport they play.  This is NOT a CrossFit Kids class- we will be spending each class focussing on perfect positing and movement patterns, so we can progress in to teaching the kids the snatch and clean & jerk.  There is no experience necessary, and space will be limited, so please sign up quickly if you would like to enroll your kid(s).  The cost is $90/month, and classes will be Tuesday’s at 5:30pm, and Saturday’s at 10am for the month of December.
