  • Welcome Invictus Athletes
    April 11-13, CrossFit Marysville will play host to the CrossFit Invictus Athlete Camp.  This camp is going to be over 50+ athletes that follow along with the CrossFit Invictus competition blog.  Along with these athletes, we will have some of the best coaches in CrossFit coming up to help, led by CJ Martin, who has coached more Games athletes then you can count on 2 hands.  With that, we will have a modified gym schedule…

    As you can tell, we have a LOT of kids that come with parents to the gym on a regular basis. We have the kids room for all the kids to go in during workout times so they can stay safe while we are swinging KBs and lifting weights.  We have started to notice parents leaving their kids out of the kids room.     We have a couple small changes coming up in April.  We will be hosting a CrossFit Invictus Athlete camp April 11-13.  We will have classes that Friday, April 11th at the normal morning hours, and then only a 3 and 4pm class that afternoon.  5 & 6pm are CANCELLED for April 11th.  We will be closed Saturday April 12th as well, and resume normal hours Monday April 14th. Welcome to CrossFit Marysville! CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Elements of track & field, gymnastics and weightlifting are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.  CrossFit is also universally scaleable for anyone.  We can work around any injuries or limitations that you might have, so whether you are a seasoned athlete or have not worked out in years, we can help you achieve your goals.
