  • End of the Open Potluck
    END OF THE OPEN POTLUCK:With this weekend marking the end of the CrossFit Games Open, we are going to hold a potluck get together Friday. We will be doing 15.5 on Friday instead of Saturday during all the class times. There's no set timeframe on the potluck, but it'll probably start around 5 and go til we are done eating.   • Progenex Visit
    Progenex will be at CFM on Thursday March 12 at the 3,4,5 and 6 classes.  They will be handing out free samples and answering any questions that you have! 
  • Pricing Changes
    As CFM grows, so do the costs of running a business.  So as a result, we have to make some slight changes to our membership rates. Just a heads up on a couple of pricing changes. These changes will go into effect December 1st.  Current members will keep their current prices, however if you have a lapse in your membership for any reason, you will have to pay the new price.  It is too difficult…

Welcome to CrossFit Marysville! CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Elements of track & field, gymnastics and weightlifting are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.  CrossFit is also universally scaleable for anyone.  We can work around any injuries or limitations that you might have, so whether you are a seasoned athlete or have not worked out in years, we can help you achieve your goals.

All you need to do is show up, we can help you to achieve any health/fitness goals that you have.  We can work around any limitations that you may have in order to allow you to get a great workout each day.  Please call us or stop in if you have any questions.
